Corporate responsibility policy
'Shine: Bright ideas for positive change' encapsulates our approach to corporate responsibility in order that we are able to have an overall positive impact on society as a result of the way we manage our business. Operating with integrity governs our approach and therefore our aspiration to be recognised by our stakeholders as an organisation which is a responsible corporate citizen in all our relationships.
In understanding, measuring and addressing the direct and indirect economic, social and environmental impacts associated with our firm our Shine programme focuses on:

- Demonstrating high standards of environmental responsibility in all of our operations and minimising the environmental impacts associated with our activities, products and services
- Working collaboratively in the marketplace with our clients and suppliers to evidence best corporate responsibility practice aligned with our vision to be the leading national law firm famous for its superb client experience
- Attracting, developing and retaining the best talent by reinforcing our values and providing a stimulating and rewarding working environment
