Our national team has wide ranging expertise in the field of regulated and unregulated consumer credit, asset finance, leasing and e-money. We act for major international finance companies, well-known high street banks and consumer finance businesses, as well as smaller scale niche credit and asset finance companies.
Our team provides specialist advice on the practical issues faced by lenders, as well as the commercial and regulatory risks that may impact the conduct of business. More specifically, we offer clients advice and support on the following categories:
