National law firm Shoosmiths has advised Hewlett Packard on a new lease of 68,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in the heart of the City of London, at 1 Aldermanbury Square.
Hewlett Packard is set to move into its new office accommodation, owned by EPIC UK, in November 2015, occupying the whole of 1 Aldermanbury Square on a 15 year lease.
Susan Bowen, chief of staff at HP UK & Ireland, said: 'Aldermanbury Square provides the perfect location and environment for our team to create a first class European Customer Experience Centre. With outstanding transport links and the capacity to host strategic customer briefings, our new offices will also serve as Hewlett Packard's flagship London hub.'
