Shoosmiths' corporate partner Emma Gibson commented: 'This is an exciting time for Pervasive and Capita as they work together to build on the success of Capita Technology Solutions. We are pleased to have been able to advise on such an important deal for both businesses.'
Ashley Langley, managing director of Pervasive Limited, said: 'We would like to thank Emma and the team at Shoosmiths for ensuring a successful sale. The expert legal advice and professional, responsive service they provided throughout the deal process was second to none.'
