National law firm Shoosmiths has been shortlisted in the 'Legal Advisor of the Year' category in the British Private Equity Awards.

The prestigious awards celebrate innovation and excellence in private equity and venture capital, as well as honoring the industry's ability to support the growth of British businesses.

The shortlisting recognises Shoosmiths high-quality advice on private equity deals, relationships with private equity investors, commitment to service excellence and strength in depth of the national corporate team.

Shoosmiths' national Private Equity team is highly experienced in advising management teams and institutional investors on all types of private equity transactions.
