Business development
Business development is a dynamic department that works right at the heart of the firm. We're responsible for the entire process from winning new clients right through to making sure they are cared for in the best possible way.
We have twenty two team members working across our office network and carrying out a whole host of different roles. Some of the things we do are:
- Keep our brand fresh and make sure the marketplace knows about us
- Meet all our lawyers' national and local business development needs
- Keep vital business information up-to-date and flowing
- Plan and produce pitches to new clients
- Offer dedicated client care
- Plan and run PR programmes
- Organise external and internal events, seminars and conferences
We have our own state-of-the-art in-house design studio that produces highly creative and effective digital and printed marketing materials.
We work very closely with all the other departments every day, and are closely involved in the firm's most exciting initiatives.
