The requisite technical skills are taken as read. Beyond this, we are looking for people who understand customer service and who are willing to pick up a problem and resolve it. We need flexible, adaptable people who will go that extra step, work hard and see the job through.
You'll also need to be mobile since we will expect you to visit our multiple offices in the UK whenever needed.
