Our team
Most of our team is based in our own recently refurbished building in the centre of Northampton. There is also a dedicated team at the legal expenses division in Basingstoke, and we also have team members at all our offices.
Like the rest of Shoosmiths, we have a great working culture and we get a real sense of reward from helping everyone in the firm do their jobs as best they can. We like to view our systems as a utility which is available whenever our users need them.
We work hard, but have fun doing it, with lots of social activities within the department and also with our colleagues in the rest of the firm.
