Roles cover all aspects of the support and development of an IS infrastructure:

- Project management of the system selection, development and implementation lifecycle
- Service desk deploying ITIL best practice
- Security management and control
- Application development and business support
- Technical specialisms and system architecture
- Compliance, policies and procedures
