Case Handler – Asset Finance Litigation - Lender Services Group

The Asset Finance team is part of the Lender Services Practice Group. As work levels increase, they now require a case handler to deal with undefended litigation.
The successful candidate is required to work as part of a team dealing with undefended litigation for the return of motor vehicles and other assets, and finance debt recovery litigation, acting exclusively for financial institutions in the motor and asset finance sectors. You will be dealing with a full caseload from pre-litigation letter stage up to enforcement, including preparation for hearings.
This position will suit ideally someone with a Law Degree / Ilex qualification or relevant experience in a legal background. You will have good communication skills and telephone manner, as there will be plenty of contact with our clients, their customers and advisors, and the court staff. The ability to organise your day and to prioritise work is essential.
