We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to work in our repossession and sales team within Northampton office.
You will need to be familiar with the entire sales process, able to deal competently with all elements of transactions in respect of both private treaty and auction sales including pre-contract enquiries, verifying legal titles for both freehold and leasehold properties.
The successful applicant will be responsible for their own files ensuring payment of prior Charges and dealing with registered interests and notices etc appropriately.
Due to the nature of the work undertaken, confirmation of employment will be subject to a variety of checks which will be carried out once an offer of employment is accepted.
