These will develop your legal knowledge and skills and are an opportunity to socialise with team members from other locations.
Fee-earners are encouraged to take on personal responsibility for their own career development and so 'signing up' for training is crucial. We also emphasise client-focused training, and everyone is encouraged to get involved and learn from these sessions.
You may have the opportunity to be seconded to one of our clients. For example, in 2006, Clare Lawes (5 years PQE) from our corporate team spent four months with a major bank.
