A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior specialist lawyer to join and lead a busy and successful Medical Negligence team in our Basingstoke office.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in dealing with complex as well as high value medical negligence claims including birth trauma and with varied funding options.
The role also encompasses the day to day management of a team of qualified lawyers and legal assistants based at a central location in modern offices reporting to the national unit head. The successful candidate will have or be close to obtaining Law Society or AvMA panel membership.
