The Thames Valley Corporate Team is looking for a solicitor/associate with between 2-7 yrs pqe or equivalent to undertake general corporate work with a range of FTSE 250 clients and private equity and other large national and local clients.
The work will include assisting on and leading management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases and reorganisations. Ideally applicants will have relevant experience gained in a City, national or large regional practice.
