We have a great opportunity within the Legal Disputes Team in Basingstoke for an experienced litigator.
Access Legal from Shoosmiths offers a full range of personal legal services ranging from simple commoditised matters such as Will writing and conveyancing through to complex matters such as estate management, inheritance tax planning and complex medical negligence claims.
The Team deals with matter such as contract disputes, consumer rights, business legal disputes, faulty products, professional disputes and motoring offences.
The succesful applicant must have experience in and be able to demonstrate:
A particular interest and strength in running cases involving complex litigation, to include professional negligence and contentious probate
Experience of running a varied caseload to trial
A clear focus on marketing
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication and client care skills
Analytical skills and a fine eye for detail
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience of working with a case management system (desirable)
