Case Handler - Lender Services Group

The Mortgage Recoveries team in Manchester are growing and now need a case handler to undertake their own caseload of recoveries instructions.
The Mortgage team is part of the Lender Services Practice Group.
The main purpose of this role would involve the successful candidate to undertake their own caseload of recoveries instructions, ensuring that negotiations are maximised and that the best possible recoveries are achieved for our clients whilst ensuring that we are always fully compliant with the regulatory bodies.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include
-Dealing with key stages of litigation within Visualfiles
-Negotiating repayment(s)
-Maintaining integrity of data for own case load
-Ensure electronic post, cheques and emails are correctly catalogued and saved to relevant file on a daily basis
-To achieve and maintain an up to date to-do list
-To maintain a professional manner within the office environment and with client
-To ensure contractual hours are met
-To refer all complex/defended matters to the Defended Inbox within 24 hours
-To return calls in accordance with the firms policy and client's Service Level Agreements
-To comply with client Service Level Agreements
The successful candidate will be a team player and have excellent organisational skills along with an excellent telephone and negotiation skills. Excellent letter writing skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also beneficial.
