With the growth of Access Legal from Shoosmiths, our clinical negligence department now requires a suitably qualified solicitor to join the team.
A qualified solicitor with up to 3 years pqe to join our established team in Northampton. The successful candidate will have trained with a specialist medical negligence team, have good analytical skills coupled with client empathy and experience of running their own case load as well as assisting on more complex and heavier matters.
You will be working as part of the Access Legal from Shoosmiths national team in cooperation with established specialists at other firm locations.
The successful candidate should ideally have an awareness of business development opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a national team with a mandate to grow further.
