Access Legal from Shoosmiths offers a full range of personal legal services ranging from simple commoditised matters such as Will writing and Conveyancing through to complex matters such as estate management, inheritance tax planning and complex medical negligence claims.
We are currently looking for someone special to manage and further develop our Residential Litigation Department. We are particularly looking for someone who has current Landlord & Tenant knowledge plus experience of marketing or business development in this arena.
Suitable applicants will also need the following:
5-10 yrs PQE or equivalent
Experience of supervising and managing a team
Experience of working with a case management system (desirable)
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication and client care skills
Analytical skills and a fine eye for detail
Ability to work in a team environment
