As we are a specialist “housing” team we provide advice on a daily basis on regulatory issues - including Schedule 1. We are also a market leader in advising on large scale voluntary transfers.
As well as assisting in the introduction of appropriate policies, such as code of conduct, we also provide training from the board room to housing officers to ensure your colleagues “buy in” and that any policies introduced are accepted, effectively monitored and enforced.
We have one of the largest and most experienced pensions law teams in the country which provides advice to sponsoring employers and trustees and occupational pension schemes.
