Our expertise includes but goes well beyond the stock in trade commercial contracts (Ts+Cs, agency, distribution, franchising, long term supply, etc). We also have extensive experience of countless bespoke contracts and pride ourselves in being able to convert novel commercial ideas into concise, effective and user friendly documents.
We routinely advise clients on strategic trading options and provide training on key commercial issues.
