Our national team specialises in advising on banking and finance transactions, whether on behalf of a borrower or a lender. This dual experience enables us to bring our knowledge of the security required by an institution to a deal, ensuring it is structured in a way which will enable it to pass through the compliance hurdles without delay. We advise private equity houses, management teams and banks providing additional debt funding on private equity transactions.

We're on the legal panels of many of the main commercial lending banks, advising on general banking and acquisition finance as well as leveraged acquisition finance, property finance and refinancing. Our expertise extends across to invoice discounting transactions, derivatives transactions and international project financing.

We have successfully steered many companies through their first flotation and are proud to continue to advise them as a PLC.
