- A building management company in a £1.7 million claim against a Contractor in the Technology and Construction Court
- Property developers on contentious matters and were involved in a £1 million plus claim in the Technology and Construction Court and an £11 million claim in adjudication
- Acted on a complex 28 day arbitration regarding a claim and substantial counterclaim for work done and services provided
- We have also acted for an architectural practice on a claim for breach of contract against the secretary of state
- We have acted as mediator to successfully resolve a sub-contractor claim for £60,000 which attracted a £600,000 counterclaim involving four parties, their lawyers and experts
