Professional negligence for lenders
Our Professional Negligence team has experience of pursuing negligence actions on behalf of lenders and successfully defending claims against lenders. Many of the team have first hand experience having worked in-house for leading high street banks and building societies.
We support clients in their objective to:

We specialise in professional negligence claims arising out of mortgage transactions and act for clients in the finance sector against valuers, solicitors and brokers.
In order to reduce clients’ costs risk to a minimum, we offer our combined Conditional Fee Arrangement (CFA) and After-the-Event insurance (ATE) scheme. This is a competitive and commercially viable scheme which allows clients to litigate with a minimum costs risk. Whilst CFA/ATE schemes of this nature are often headlined as having no costs risk, where appropriate we indicate the potential risks to clients in order that an informed decision can be made.
