Our national team brings together three related areas of expertise for the finance sector – (1) finance litigation, (2) recoveries and collections and (3) regulation and compliance, from our locations in Northampton and Birmingham. The team has the ability to deal with a mixture of transactions including high volume recoveries, complex transactions, litigation, dispute resolution and regulatory advice, training and support.
