Our national team deals with lending products including loans, credit cards, overdrafts and guarantees, and works with some of the top names in the finance sector. The team has specialist experience and expertise in all aspects of secured litigation and recoveries, from routine undefended matters to large complex cases. 

Lenders are always looking for new strategies to efficiently recover bad  debt and we continually work with clients to develop new and innovative solutions to support these objectives.  Our specialist team offer the following expertise to clients:

• Monitor claims from judgment to enforcement 
• Identifying and dealing with complex issues and defended claims arising from the volume process
• Enforcement of security documents, including Legal Charges and Mortgages and in recovery of assets, land and buildings
• Resolving contractual and multi party disputes
• Taking disputes to mediation/arbitration 
• Recoveries and litigation for insolvency practitioners and for the finance, leasing and lending industries
• Regular reporting and a suite of management information
• All data on claims is held electronically, allowing for monitoring of progression and swift internal referral to solicitors where necessary
