Unsecured lending recoveries

Our national team deals with unsecured lending products including loans, credit cards, overdrafts and guarantees.  We work with clearing banks, other retail banks, building societies, card issuers and other consumer finance lenders. The team has specialist experience and expertise in all aspects of unsecured recoveries litigation, from routine undefended matters to large complex cases. 

Our clients need to recover bad debt efficiently and we always aim to provide seamless capability, whatever their strategy.  Our specialist team offers the following expertise to clients:

• Taking money claims from issue to judgment and enforcement 
• Negotiations at all stages of the process to agree full and final settlements or acceptable repayment arrangements
• Monitoring of agreed repayments
• Regular reporting and a suite of management information
• Identifying and dealing with complex issues and defended claims arising from the volume process or direct referrals
• Handling all aspects of litigation on each account electronically, allowing for monitoring of progression and swift internal referral to solicitors where necessary
