Our landlord and tenant clients include major retailers, leisure operators, land owners, property developers, financial institutions and local authorities. We are acknowledged leaders in this sector and this is reflected in the diversity of property we deal with – from marinas to airports and licensed premises to serviced offices. We also have considerable experience in dealing with franchise and concession arrangements, for food and non-food retailers.
