Our highly experienced planning team takes a pro-active and practical approach to ensure our solutions achieve the objectives for your development or regeneration project.
Knowing how critical planning and other regulatory consents are to the viability of projects, we deliver robust and commercial advice for our clients from the early stages of a project. We are passionate about the work we do and you can expect to see commitment and energy from our team. Our mix of private practice and former public sector planning lawyers helps us to anticipate different viewpoints and progress negotiations efficiently.
We are used to working as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team and will provide advice on the assembly of such teams, including the appointment of planning counsel. Our services include:
