Building on your success
Our residential development team is a particular strength for Shoosmiths. We act for most of the national housebuilders as well as regional and fast growth residential developers across the UK advising from initial site acquisition and strategic planning advice through to plot sales. We see ourselves as an extension of your team, working within your target completion dates and always bearing in mind commitments such as year end and quarter days.
Our construction and planning teams ensure that we can provide a full service approach. The team is based across three of our seven offices, enabling us to cover East and West Midlands and the South of England with a seamless service.
We provide added value services including legal updates, seminars and training for in-house teams. Our membership of the Home Builders Federation enables us to keep in touch with the market and to contribute to the development of the sector, being active participants at events organised by the HBF.
