- Appointed by Grainger PLC to provide strategic planning advice in relation to the Aldershot Urban Extension proposals, including advising on strategic planning matters, specific EIA and built heritage issues and SANGS drafting and advice on Section 106 planning obligations and the Community Infrastructure Levy
- Acting for Larkfleet Ltd in relation to a 1,000-unit residential-led mixed use development in Oakham, East Midlands, including drafting and negotiating complex viability and cascade provisions in the Section 106 agreement
- Advising English Heritage on a number of strategic sites across the country including the Liverpool Waters re-development scheme (a World Heritage Site), London Bridge Station and matters related to the Stonehenge highway proposals
- Providing strategic planning advice, including advice on EIA scoping and built heritage matters and drafting the Section 106 Agreement in relation to the redevelopment of Selly Oak Hospital for University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust.
