£16,000 compensation for young woman injured in car accident
21 May 2009
We secured £16,000 compensation for a young female injured when the other party pulled out from a side road into her path.
What we did
We secured an early admission of liability, then successfully negotiated settlement of the claim to include the cost of future surgery.
Background
Our client sustained a broken collarbone in the accident, which was fixed by a plate and screws. This surgery left her with unsightly scarring over the collarbone, and our client was self-conscious about it. We successfully recovered compensation for her injuries and past financial losses. We also secured a sum to pay for future surgery to remove the plate and screw and to improve the appearance of the scarring.
