What we did

Mr C suffered a whiplash injury to his neck when he was involved in an accident as the defendant's car collided head on with his vehicle as they travelling around a corner.

Shoosmiths was appointed to advise the client and to recover compensation for his injury. Shoosmiths acted on a no-win-no-fee basis. Within eight months we were able to negotiate settlement of our client's claim in the sum of £1,950 without having to issue court proceedings.
