What we did

We obtained compensation in the sum of £12,000 for our client in respect of his injuries and financial losses arising as a result of the accident.

Background

Our client was travelling as a rear seat passenger in friend’s car. The driver of the car turned across path of a 4x4 vehicle and a collision occurred. Our client was rendered unconscious in the accident and sustained a torn tendon to his right arm, a facial laceration and dental injuries.

Our client’s arm/elbow fully recovered following a course of physiotherapy. He was left with a residual 2cm well-healed scar on his lower lip.

Our client was a student at the time of the accident and his injuries had no ill-effect on his schooling.

We obtained compensation in the total sum of £12,000.
