Client injured in scooter accident
12 August 2009
Our client was injured when a van pulled out of a side road and collided with our client causing serious leg injuries.
What we did
We obtained compensation for our client in respect of his injuries and financial losses arising from the accident.
Background
Our client was injured when a van pulled out of a side road and collided with our client causing serious leg injuries and internal bleeding. Our client was admitted to hospital for a period of 4 weeks so that they could monitor the internal injuries. X-rays showed two fractures in the left ankle which were treated conservatively.
Our client had a sketchy employment history and was due to leave his job just after the accident occurred. We were able to obtain a small sum in respect of loss of earnings suffered following the accident.
Compensation in the sum of £7,750 was agreed for our client’s injuries and some minor financial losses.
