Female biker receives £31,000 for road traffic accident on a roundabout
21 August 2009
Our client sustained a nasty fracture to her leg while riding her motorbike on a roundabout.
What we did
W e secured £31,000 compensation for the injury and loss of earnings which occurred as a result of the accident.
Background
We secured an early admission of liability and regular interim payments to support our client during this difficult time. The case was unable to be settled early as the injury was significant and it was necessary to determine whether future surgery would be required.
