Elderly client
Our approach
We will soon see the over 65 population outnumbering those under 16. One in three of us can expect to suffer from some form of dementia. How can you deal with the affairs of an elderly member of the family who has lost capacity? The responsibility can be daunting.
Our Private Client Team can advise on aspects of the law affecting both the elderly and vulnerable and those incapacitated by an accident. Lasting Powers of Attorney, Applications to the Court of Protection, Long Term Care and Welfare Issues and Protection of Family Assets come within the team’s scope.
