Adam is an associate in the corporate group at Shoosmiths and is based in the firm’s London office.
Adam represents companies and investors on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, with a particular focus on the technology sector.
Prior to joining Shoosmiths, Adam spent a number of years practising at a leading law firm in Tel Aviv where he regularly advised clients on international transactions involving companies in Israel’s thriving hi-tech sector.
Adam began his career in the London office of Mayer Brown, where he trained and qualified as a corporate lawyer.
