Shoosmiths advises British AI startup Faculty on £30m funding round led by Apax Digital Fund

A team from Shoosmiths led by VC team head Alastair Peet with specialists Helen Burnell, Ellie Lishman and Sharon Nicholls has advised a British artificial intelligence (AI) company on its largest investment to date.

Faculty, which helps organisations from all sectors adopt AI into their business, works with many different clients including the UK government, the NHS, Network Rail, Red Bull and Virgin Media. This latest £30m injection of funds will enable the business to invest in its learning and development programme and create 400 new jobs as well as accelerate international expansion.
