Shoosmiths Planning team ranked in esteemed legal survey

The skills and expertise of Shoosmiths Planning team have been recognised by Planning Magazine’s annual legal survey.

Shoosmiths received a fifth place ranking within 22 firms in the 2021 report on the best planning lawyers, firms and other legal providers.

The ranking follows Shoosmiths moving an incredible 18 places upwards in last year’s survey.

Shoosmiths was awarded its highly ranked placing based on feedback from others in the industry as well as the team’s fantastic work on projects such as the regeneration of the Cambridge Road Estate, working with Kingston Council and Countryside Properties, and key cases in the courts including its work with L&Q in Leeds and acting for a leading supermarket in a number of challenges.
