National law firm Shoosmiths has been named Regional Real Estate Firm of the Year by the Legal 500 2018 for its market leading team in the North West.
Shoosmiths Manchester's Real Estate team beat a strong shortlist, demonstrating its national Real Estate expertise and impressive portfolio of Real Estate deals in the North West.
Shoosmiths Manchester has advised on numerous high profile real estate projects over the last 12 months. Particular highlights are advising on development, pre-letting and ultimate sale of Allied London's No.1 Spinningfields 19-storey office retail and leisure development earlier this year as well as Allied London's multi-billion St John's development scheme. The team also advised on the recently opened £100m Derwent Group Liverpool Edge Lane retail and leisure development.
