Elliot - who will be based in Shoosmiths' London office at Tower42 - will head up the new group, which will provide specialist legal advice on a wide range of luxury assets including yachts, original artwork and classic cars.

The service has been set up in response to the increasing client demand for support with the management and protection of personal and corporate high value assets.
