Shoosmiths advises KPMG on Late Rooms and Super Break owner Malvern Group

The corporate restructuring and advisory team at Shoosmiths is advising administrators KPMG, which has been called in following the collapse of Late Rooms and Super Break owner Malvern Group.

Manchester-based partner Sarah Teal is leading the team – headed up nationally by James Keates - assisted by senior associate Hollie Wrigley and solicitor Hannah Gaskell.

Some will already be on holiday, will have imminent bookings or will have stays coming up as part of their offering, and we will be working closely with the administrators, Tracey Pye and David Costley-Wood, to seek to achieve a sale of the business and assets with a view to protecting customers and saving jobs.”
