Shoosmiths real estate specialists have advised on the multi-million pound sale and leaseback of a client's multi-let freehold office building.

The national law firm completed the sale for Novell UK Limited, an Attachmate Group company.

Associate Simon Shoefield led a Shoosmiths real estate team that included solicitor Georgina Watt, and which provided employment advice through solicitor Jennifer Featherstone.

They had just 10 working days to complete the sale of 1 Arlington Square, Bracknell, in Berkshire.

Novell UK Limited sold 1 Arlington Square to Threadneedle. It is understood they intend keeping it on as a multi-let office building.
