Shoosmiths' Nottingham-based employment team has boosted its team with the appointment of associate Michael Briggs.
Employment specialist Briggs joins the national law firm from Shakespeares LLP.
Briggs advises a wide range of clients on all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and day-to-day HR practices including disciplinary and grievance processes; contracts of employment; senior level service agreements; contracts for services; redundancy processes; compromise agreements; and sensitive exit arrangements for senior management.
