Shoosmiths expands its corporate restructuring team with the appointment of partner Lee Sennett

Lee Sennett has joined the corporate restructuring and advisory team at Shoosmiths, the UK law firm.

Having more than 15 years’ experience in the market, Lee has a wealth of expertise in providing legal advice across restructuring and non-contentious insolvency.

He regularly acts for lenders and other creditors, corporate organisations, directors and insolvency practitioners. He advises on all types of restructuring situations, accelerated mergers and acquisitions, formal corporate insolvency procedures including related sales and acquisitions and lender security reviews.

Lee comes on board after more than three years at Ince Gordon Dadds, and has also previously practised at Osborne Clarke and Blake Morgan.

National head of corporate restructuring and advisory and partner James Keates said: “We welcome Lee Sennett to the Shoosmiths team. Lee’s strength in depth as a senior specialist in the south of England is very well-placed as our national corporate restructuring and advisory team continues to go from strength to strength, in particular building a market-leading reputation in the retail sector and handling of creditors’ voluntary arrangements (CVAs) in recent years.”

Lee will be based in Shoosmiths’ London office.
