On 29 November 2018 the medical negligence team held an in office “Winter Warmer All Weather Picnic” to raise funds for Child Brain Injury Trust (CBIT).
CBIT is a charity that supports children who have acquired a brain injury during their life time.
All members of the team cooked, baked and purchased items to make up the picnic. Contributions included fish pie, samosas, hot pork sandwiches, salads and two delicious cakes.
Staff in the Birmingham office were asked to spend their lunch money at the All Weather Picnic, rather than on supermarket sandwiches. Staff were able to all sit together to enjoy their lunch. Clients from a meeting next door also popped in for some of the delicious food, so tempted were they by the smell of hot samosas!
