Northampton colleagues organise sweet sale in aid of Cynthia Spencer Hospice

Laura Walden held a sweet sale at the Northampton Lakes office on Wednesday 11 July 2018 with Jo Noland and Abbie Church, all in aid of Cynthia Spencer Hospice.

NorthamptonSweetShopThe Hospice provides specialist palliative care in Northamptonshire and this year it needs to raise £1,060,000 (£3,000 per day) to continue all the fantastic services currently provided. Cynthia Spencer depend heavily upon the generosity of supporters and donations.

The Hospice is exceptionally close to Laura’s heart due to the care given to her Father-in-Law during a year-long battle with cancer of the lung and adrenal gland, and their end of life care given during when his battle came to an end.

The glass jars were hand decorated with blue and yellow ribbons and labels and the cones were hand packed and decorated too. A total of £288.00 was raised from the sweet sale and the office were very supportive in their donations.
