Shoosmiths Leeds team is sprinkled with a rainbow of paint in aid of Martin House Hospice

On a sweltering day on the 15 July 2018, fourteen Shoosmiths colleagues from the Leeds office ran through the beautiful grounds of Bramham Park in aid of Martin House Hospice.

Jo Grosvenor explained ‘The mood was set by showering ourselves in an array of colour, before heading off on a four km run on very uneven terrain. Throughout the run we were pounded and sprinkled with a rainbow of coloured paint. Between the heat, sweat and paint, we weren’t a pretty sight.

At the end of run with the help of our colleagues, family and friends we raised a staggering £1,295.71 for a worthy cause.

Martin House Hospice provides family led care for children with life shortening conditions. It is a place where children, young people and their families can go to stay along their journey and find support, rest and practical help.’

Massive thanks to our participants Jo Grosvenor, Olivia Grosvenor, Lauren Midgley, Dan Midgley, Vicky Oxley, Briar Speight, Bridie Johnson-Power, Richard Bellamy, Kat Lee, Michael Earnshaw, Dian Johnson, Katie Brumfitt, Natalie Hage and Sophie Gould.
