Our Manchester office has been busy.
A year after being awarded bronze level status Shoosmiths has demonstrated further evidence of its commitment to the Manchester Environmental Business Pledge by being awarded silver level status.
The firm and the office’s approach to energy monitoring and efficiency improvements, waste reduction and also employee engagement of environmental issues were assessed by Groundwork on behalf of Manchester City Council.
Nicola Ellen, Corporate Responsibility Director explained “achieving third party recognition spurs us on to make further improvements not least to progress towards the Gold stage.”
