Adam is a team leader in Shoosmiths’ national Unsecured Litigation & Recoveries team, overseeing the undefended litigation actions. He also oversees the post litigation negotiations and further enforcement.
He has considerable experience in relation to undefended claims as well as all methods of enforcement of Monetary Judgments and is also very experienced in producing bespoke management information to match our clients’ needs.
His recent experience includes:
- representing Shoosmiths in a review of the end to end operational processes with a major client to identify areas for alignment, potential efficiency savings and improvements.
Adam has worked for Shoosmiths since September 2007 and became a team leader in the Unsecured Litigation & Recoveries team in November 2011.
